These tender, flavorful chicken kebabs are simple to make and perfect for a quick meal. They’re made with ground chicken, seasoned with spices, and pan-fried to perfection.

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, red pepper, onion, fresh coriander, breadcrumbs, egg, mixed herbs, paprika, salt, cumin, and black pepper. Mix everything well until evenly combined.

Step 2

Shape the Kebabs: Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking. Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into patties (you can make 10 large or 15-20 smaller kebabs).

 

Step 3

Cook the Kebabs: Add a bit of oil to a pan and heat over medium-low. Place the kebabs in the pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through

Step 4

Serve and Enjoy: Serve the kebabs with your favorite dipping sauce or as part of a wrap.
